The State Dinner
Our State Dinner will be held on Saturday, September 29th at 6:00 PM.
We are excited to announce that our State Dinner will begin with an exclusive performance by renowned Cellist Dorotea Racz.
After the performance by Ms. Racz, dinner service will begin.
Baby gems salad | shaved carrots, charred corn, cucumber, green beans, feta, sweet onion dressing
Main Course (choose one):
Coriander Crusted Salmon | pearl couscous, mango salsa
Butternut Squash Ravioli | brown butter and sage cream sauce
(If you have a special menu need, ie. Gluten Free or Vegan, please let us know so we can make arrangements for your meal.)
Chocolate royal | dark rum, feullitine chocloate mousse
Our Special Guests: Snuffy Walden, Devika Parikh, William Duffy, Melissa Fitzgerald, Peter James Smith, and Kim Webster will also be in attendance.
We encourage those of our guests who can do so to attend the State Dinner in "black tie" or "white tie" attire, but this is not a requirement, everyone with a ticket to the dinner will be admitted.

This special dinner with our guests will only be available to those with a ticket to the Weekend who also purchase the state dinner, or who have one of our VIP passes. This presentation will include a plated meal, please be sure to select your entree from the drop down.
