Clay Docker
Head Organizer, Treasurer, & Creative Director Clay has become completely immersed in the Harry Potter fan community since he had the good fortune of finding the HP-NYC meet-up group. When he is not doing his day job, running a non-profit, he spends his time acting, writing, and is the co-host of Geeklectic on Gallifrey a podcast that focuses on Doctor Who episodes and other geeky topics. He is a coach of the NY Badassilisks IQA Quidditch team and a member of several committees dedicated to promoting and organizing the sport. Cat Smith
Creative Coordinator Sarah is an avid organizer and bossy know-it-all. She joined The Group That Shall not Be Named (HP-NYC) in May of 2011, and has also participated in several conventions. She can often be found running pitches at large events such as Quidditch World Cup VI and the North East regional Quidditch tournaments of 2012 and 2013. Though her muggle coworkers may find her a little odd, she is a fledgling cosplayer and lover of all things geeky. Jennifer Drucker
Graphic Design Coordinator Jennifer works as a graphic designer and fine artist who has created several logo, print, and web designs for HP-NYC, The NYDA HPA, and The Dancing Death Eaters. She also runs her own cake decorating business, Jenny’s Cakes With Character, specializing in geek-themed culinary creations. When not designing, she is a backup dancer for wrock band Swish and Flick and a Fangs cheerleader for the New York Badassilisks. She illustrates a parody comic called “Harry Loves Snape.” Trissa Hall
Programming Coordinator & Co-Head Organizer When Trissa discovered the Harry Potter community back in 2005, she knew she had found a home. Since then, she has presented and volunteered at several Harry Potter Cons. She also served as the MISTI-Con 2013 Formal Programming Coordinator. A Slytherin, she is a member of both Portkey to Magic - Tampa Bay and the Central Florida Slug Club. She finds great joy in costuming and cos-play, and loves all things Snape. |

Outreach Director Stephen Webb is a husband, a stay-at-home-dad for an amazing 6 year old future Gryffindor, and lover of most things geeky. When he isn't in full on daddy mode he can be found post padding on various message boards, submerged in some form of pop culture or co-hosting his Doctor Who podcast Geeklectic on Gallifrey. Visual Design & Special Events Coordinator Christine is an actress, costumer, and award winning cosplayer. (Pond Life Cosplay: www.comealongpond.com) currently, she is living the dream as the Associate General Manager of the St Luke’s Theatre (www.stlukestheatre.com), an Off-Broadway theatre just steps off of the Great White Way. Christine attends several conventions a year giving presentations and workshops. She teaches and encourages others in their dreams of cosplay and promotes a healthy fandom. James Hinsey
Audio/Visual Coordinator A life-long lover of Science Fiction and Fantasy since the early 1970s, James read all 7 books and realized that he could make Snape's outfit, which he presented in the 2008 Arisia Masquerade. He has attended LeakyCon 2009, and is on the Masquerade staff for Arisia since 2010, and has presented panels and workshops at Arisia, Aeternitas 2011, and MISTI-Con 2013. He is a cohost on Sci-Fi Journal, a public access television show in Rhode Island. Deanna Georges
