Programming during The West Wing Weekend will be divided into three types: Special Events, Formal Programming, and Creative Programming

Special Events are programs designed by the convention for our attendees and include any panels or events featuring special guests, our large evening programs, and any special programs requiring additional tickets or meals, such as our keynote luncheon.

Formal Programming will include all academic &  fan programs  that entail presentations, discussion and hands-on exploration of topics relating to the West Wing. Our Formal Programming schedule will run on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, from 9am until 5pm. Formal programming is structured and related to specific topics— attendees will go from session to session, learning about, discussing, debating and exploring themes from and inspired by the West Wing.

Creative Programming is everything basically everything else, this will include theatrical performances and staged readings, informal meet-up, fan-fic readings. and much much more. Creative Programming can be at any time on the schedule, from early in the morning until late into the night!
