Eric Baker
Eric Baker is an Art Director, Designer, Decorator, Prop Master, puppet builder and puppeteer whose numerous credits include, Universal Studios, Disney, Nickelodeon, and HBO. He currently holds the position of Senior Prop Manager with Universal Creative. As the Senior Prop Manager he has contributed to multiple THEA (Themed Entertainment Association) award wining projects to include The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal's Islands of Adventure theme park and Diagon Alley at Universal Studios Florida. He also managed the construction and installation of all props and dressing for The Wizarding World of Harry Potter Hollywood and Japan. Eric also art directed the refurbishment of Spiderman and built models for Rip Ride Rocket and the Hollywood Dream coaster in Japan. His designs and creations have been featuredin over 600 episodes of Nickelodeon programming, as well as commercials, theme parks, music videos, and feature films. For HBO he worked as a special effects artist on the Emmy Award winning mini-series, "From the Earth to the Moon," produced by Ron Howard and Tom Hanks. Eric has also worked as a decorator for Walt Disney Imagineering on high profile projects such as Star Tours and the new interactive queue lines for the Haunted Mansion and the Winnie the Pooh Ride. Other credits include Prop Fabricator for "Cirque Du Soliel La Numba" and numerous projects for Jim Henson Productions. He also served as an Associate Producer on the award winning documentary film "Shallom Y'all." Eric is currently working as the Senior Prop Manager for Universal Studios Creative Department.

He has written two novels, Ancient Rising and Rise of the Ancients – Annuna, as well as Nightmares from Eberus – A Speculative Fiction collection. He has also released to e-book the novellas for Continuum Force and the Serial Vampire series.
He is also co-host of the Sci-Fi/Fantasy/Horror podcast Transmissions From Atlantis and is a voice actor for the audio drama Doctor Geek’s Laboratory of Applied Geekdom.

She frequently collaborates with fellow wrockers Grace Kendall, Lauren Fairweather, and with her band Bella and le Strangers. Ashley also improvises with her comedy troupe, The Great Make Believe Society. She is also a 2x Finalist in the the Miss Connecticut pageant, which is a hilarious and badass tale of triumph and tiaras.

Eric Hunt helped bring Diagon Alley to life as the Creative Producer. He oversaw the design process, creative direction, and management of all creative content for Gringotts bank and the attraction. Eric is a design graduate from the Art institute of Ft. Lauderdale FL. His first design job was for US Dept. of Agriculture as a Map Illustrator. After moving to Los Angeles with aspirations of working in the Movie industry and working on feature films and commercials building miniatures and props, he landed his first job with Universal. Since then, he has contributed my designs to many of Universal's blockbuster attractions both domestic and international. The list is expansive but most notably he has worked on The Wizarding World of Harry Potter; Hogwarts castle as Sr. Production Designer as well as all three Transformers the ride 3D as Sr. Production designer. When he isn’t working he likes to paint and sketch as well as maintaining his “urban garden” in his backyard. Eric is a proud Native American, of the Lumbee Indian tribe of North Carolina.

He has written over a dozen articles and book chapters on campaign finance, political parties, and elections; been part of research teams awarded grants from the National Science Foundation and the Joyce Foundation; and, been an expert witness and consultant in several court cases testing campaign finance laws, including the US Supreme Court case Randall v Sorrell. He is the Director of the Vermont Legislative Research Service. His current projects include a book on the media and politics, and research articles on the impact of entertainment media such as Game of Thrones, The House of Cards, The Daily Show and The Colbert Report on the political views of fans of those shows.

They've spent the last few years playing festivals and conventions, from steampunk to goth, all over the Northeast with forays to the West Coast and New Orleans.

Chris Rankin
Chris Rankin is an actor and producer for theater and film living in Wales, United Kingdom. Originally from Auckland, New Zealand, Chris moved (with his family) to Norfolk, UK, at the age of six. At age eleven he began acting in school and, at 17, he was cast as Percy Weasley in Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. Chris currently works on the BBC production, Atlantis, as Assistant Coordinator.
Chris has been a regular at many conventions, but this is his first visit to a MISTI-Con and we are incredibly excited that he will be attending.

Debbie Viguié

Debbie Viguié is the New York Times Bestselling author of more than three dozen novels including the Wicked series co-authored with Nancy Holder and the upcoming Robin Hood Demon’s Bane series co-authored with James R. Tuck. In addition to her epic dark fantasy work Debbie also writes thrillers including The Psalm 23 Mysteries, the Kiss trilogy, and the Witch Hunt trilogy. Debbie also plays a recurring character on the audio drama, Doctor Geek’s Laboratory. When Debbie isn’t busy writing or acting she enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott, visiting theme parks.
